Items (shipped to a residential location) weighing over 75 lbs. may incur an additional fee by the trucking company. This fee will be charged to the customer if and when we are charged by the trucking company.

FREIGHT DAMAGE DISCLAIMER:
All items ship FOB Factory or warehouse. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received for freight damage or missing product / packages. If you find that merchandise has been damaged in transit simply refuse the damaged portion of the shipment. If the item(s) is shipped via truck, make the truck driver wait for you while you inspect the item(s). Failure to inspect will result in loss of protection. You are responsible to count and make sure the quantity of packages delivered are the same as quantity related on the B/L. Leave a note on the Bill of Lading to report damages of missing packages in addition to calling us so a claim can be placed. You may also be asked to send us pictures of damaged/defected items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
Due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders get stopped and delayed by the customs agency in your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs delay, customs restrictions, custom fees, tariffs, or other customs regulation that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with your customs office before making a purchase from us.
Full refund on all in stock items (with E-mail request) within 15 days of receipt of item(s) provided merchandise is in new and resalable condition including all parts and packaging. An RMA # is required for all returns and shipping costs to return merchandise is the buyers responsibility. Item(s) must be shipped back insured for the item(s) value in a proper outer box with the RMA# clearly written on the outside. Non stock items are subject to 15-25% restocking fee. If the customer refuses delivery for reasons other than those agreed to in writing within the order document, the customer will be responsible for all initial shipping and re-delivery and or return shipping charges. It is important to note that freight deliveries are always curbside, even when a lift gate option is added to the order. “Curbside” means next to the curb on the street. Drivers are not responsible and will not deliver freight into driveways or garages. Inside delivery is not available.
Our representatives will do their best to assist customers in selecting the best items for customers applications based on the information customer provides. It is ultimately the customers responsibility what they purchase since we are not able to see the actual application or job site. Uncertain customers, if not qualified installers, should consult with their qualified installer before making a purchase.

RETURNS UNDER MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY:
For manufacture warranty requests, we have two options available. Please note that these policies are put forth on behalf of factory and cannot be considered for exceptions or revised.
First Option: Advanced Replacement With this option depending on urgency you agree to purchase a new part in advance. Once you return the defective part back to factory and it is determined that the merchandise/part is defective under warranty, factory will credit us and we will credit back your full purchase price including freight. This will guarantee that the faulty part is returned and the proper troubleshooting steps were done. Customer is responsible for return shipping of defective product (Chamberlain (Liftmaster) customer are provided a Return Label). Note: this replacement order MUST be placed with the RMA dept. directly. Placing an order online on your own account will delay the process as that would be considered a regular sale and not a warranty claim. Please be advised that ALL orders will be shipped Standard Ground from the manufacture unless special freight is requested. Special freight is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Second Option: Repair and Return This option is best for customer who are not in a rush and do not mind waiting to receive a replacement. In this case, customers send the defective merchandise / part directly to the factory for repair with a unique RMA number and once factory determines the merchandise is defective under warranty they will either repair or replace the unit. Be advised that this option takes approx. 3 weeks after arrival for inspection and replacement to be shipped, depending on the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for return shipping of defective product (Chamberlain customer are provided a Return Label).
